We are proud to create opportunities for former members of the armed forces and support worthwhile charitable causes.
The Armed Forces Covenant is a promise by the nation ensuring that those who serve or who have served in the armed forces, and their families, are treated fairly.
Upstream Risk Management supports the Covenant by actively seeking to employ former service men and women in roles to which they are suited.
Coniston Mountain Rescue Team was founded in 1947 and was the first team of its kind in the UK. There are currently over 30 highly trained volunteers on the active list, turning out in all-weather 24/7/356.
Coniston Mountain Rescue Team is a purely voluntary organisation which is funded solely by the support and generosity of the public.
